What we supply

Suspension PVC resin (S-PVC) — the base resin for your own formulation. We quote K67 for rigid extrusion and K70 for flexible applications. The K-value indicates molecular weight: higher K brings better mechanicals at the cost of higher melt viscosity, so the right choice depends on your process and recipe.

Compounds and dry blends — for converters who want formulation off their plate:

  • Rigid uPVC compound — pelletised, for window profiles, pipes, fittings and technical extrusion. Modern calcium-zinc stabilised compounds available.
  • Flexible (plasticised) PVC compound — specified by Shore A hardness, for cable insulation and sheathing, hoses and gaskets, quoted with compliant plasticiser systems.
  • PVC dry blend — the complete powder formulation, ready for the extruder, without the mixing step on your side.

Recycled PVC (rPVC) — regrind from clean production and post-industrial streams, sorted by source (profile, pipe, cable), plus micronised rPVC powder for dry-blend and calendering applications. Widely used in co-extrusion core layers.

Every offer comes with the technical datasheet. Certificates of analysis and pre-shipment samples are available on request, so your lab can approve the material before the first truck leaves.

PVC recycles well — the profile and pipe industries have run closed loops for years, feeding regrind back into the middle layer of co-extruded products while virgin skins carry the surface finish and weathering package. We source rPVC regrind and micronised powder from audited European recyclers — certificates from schemes such as GRS and EuCertPlast are available from our partners — sorted by source so the K-value and stabiliser history fit your line.

PVC & rPVC — common questions

What does K-value mean, and should I choose K67 or K70?

The K-value describes the molecular weight of the PVC resin — higher K means higher melt viscosity and better mechanical properties, but harder processing. K67 is the workhorse for rigid extrusion: pipes, profiles and sheet. K70 suits flexible applications such as cables and hoses, where the plasticiser compensates for the higher viscosity. Tell us your process and we'll confirm the grade.

Resin, dry blend or ready compound — what do I need?

If you run your own mixer and have a proven recipe, S-PVC resin plus additives is the most economical route. A dry blend gives you the complete formulation as a powder, ready for the extruder, without investing in high-speed mixing. A pelletised compound is the simplest option: gravimetric dosing, consistent gelation, no powder handling. We quote all three.

Can recycled PVC go into window profiles or pipes?

Yes — it's common practice. In co-extrusion, rPVC forms the middle layer of a profile or pipe while virgin material forms the visible and weather-exposed skins. Clean production regrind can often run at significant ratios in the core. We match the regrind's source and particle size to your co-extrusion setup.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We typically trade full truck loads of about 22–24 tonnes, but smaller lots are possible for some materials. Contact us with your requirement and we'll tell you what's feasible. Samples and certificates of analysis are available on request before you order.

Are the plasticisers in your flexible PVC REACH compliant?

We quote flexible compounds formulated with compliant plasticiser systems and provide the supporting documentation with each offer. If your application has specific restrictions — low-phthalate, DEHP-free or food-adjacent requirements — state them in your enquiry so we quote the correct formulation from the start.
