What we supply
Virgin HDPE — high-density polyethylene granules across the three main processes. HDPE blow moulding grade with low MFI for bottles, jerrycans and drums; HDPE injection grade granules with easier flow for caps, closures, crates and pails; and HDPE pipe grade PE100 for pressure pipe extrusion. The two numbers that decide the right grade are MFI and density — put them in your enquiry and we quote faster.
Virgin LDPE & LLDPE — LDPE film grade granules for general-purpose, shrink and lamination film, plus LLDPE in butene (C4) and hexene (C6) versions for stretch and shrink film where puncture and dart impact matter.
Recycled PE (rPE) — post-consumer recyclate from audited European recyclers:
- rHDPE regranulate (PCR) — from bottle and rigid streams; natural or mixed-colour, for blow moulding, pipes and injection.
- rLDPE film regranulate — from commercial and post-consumer film; natural or black, for new film, bags and sheeting.
- Natural vs mixed-colour regranulate — natural takes any masterbatch and costs more; mixed-colour runs dark and costs less. We quote both where available.
Every offer comes with the technical datasheet. Certificates of analysis and pre-shipment samples are available on request, so your lab can approve the material before the first truck leaves.

We supply rHDPE and rLDPE regranulate from audited European recyclers — with certificates from schemes such as GRS and EuCertPlast available from our partners — filtered, homogenised and delivered with MFI and density data on the datasheet, so your process runs the way it did on the trial lot.

PE & rPE — common questions
What is the difference between HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE?
Density and chain branching. HDPE (density around 0.94–0.96 g/cm³) is stiff and strong — bottles, caps, pipes, crates. LDPE (around 0.91–0.93) is highly branched, soft and clear — film and bags. LLDPE has short, regular branches, giving film with higher puncture and tear strength, which is why it dominates stretch and shrink film. Most film lines blend LDPE and LLDPE.
What MFI should I choose for injection versus blow moulding?
As a rule of thumb: blow moulding needs low MFI for melt strength — HDPE blow grades typically sit below 1 g/10 min (190 °C/2.16 kg). Injection moulding needs easier flow, so injection grades usually run from about 4 to 20 g/10 min or higher for thin-wall parts. Tell us the process, wall thickness and cycle time target and we'll quote a matching grade.
Natural or mixed-colour rPE — what's the difference in price and quality?
Natural (uncoloured) regranulate comes from sorted natural streams, can be masterbatched to almost any colour and trades at a premium. Mixed-colour regranulate is typically black or dark grey after compounding, costs noticeably less and performs well wherever colour doesn't matter — pipes, crates, black film. Mechanical properties are usually comparable; the price gap is mostly about colour freedom.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We typically trade full truck loads of about 22–24 tonnes, but smaller lots are possible for some materials. Contact us with your requirement and we'll tell you what's feasible.
Can recycled PE be used for food packaging?
Generally no. Unlike PET, mechanically recycled polyethylene is not approved for direct food contact in the EU except through specific authorised processes, which remain rare. rPE is widely used in non-food film, outer packaging, pipes, crates and containers. If your application involves food, ask us — we'll tell you honestly what is and isn't possible.
