NOC Polymers trades virgin and recycled polymers from Portugal. We answer fast, document everything and treat every load like it's our own money on the truck.
Who we are
NOC Polymers was founded in 2025 in the heart of northern Portugal's industrial belt — a region dense with injection moulders, extruders, blow moulders and recyclers. We grew up around this industry, and we built the company to serve it.
The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: source, check, deliver. We source virgin and recycled PET, PE, PP, PVC and PS from producers and audited European recyclers. We check every lot — datasheet up front, certificate of analysis and samples on request — before it moves. And we arrange delivery to your dock, anywhere in Europe, on the incoterm that suits you: EXW, FCA or DAP.
Our clients are plastics converters — the people who talk in MFI, IV and PCR percentages, not marketing language. If you run preform lines, film extruders, pipe plants or thermoforming machines, you are exactly who we built this desk for.

Recycled content, documented
We supply material from audited European recyclers; certificates from schemes such as GRS and EuCertPlast are available from our partners. Every lot ships with the paperwork your quality department will ask for.

Our base is not an accident. Northern Portugal and the wider Iberian peninsula sit at a useful crossroads: European production on one side, Atlantic trade routes on the other, and a dense regional network of converters and recyclers in between.
